10:30 AM Keynote: “Reality, Relevance, Reach: Pushing the Envelope with Fierce Leadership”, by Susan Scott, author of Fierce Conversations and Fierce Leadership
“Never waste an economic crisis.” The current reality that we operate in has provided us with a strategic opportunity to transform our organizations. In her refreshingly candid, no-nonsense style, Susan tackles the most prevalent “best” practices of business today and reveals why current practices not only fail to accomplish the goals they're meant to accomplish, they cost organizations millions in profits. To get the job done, we must adopt new, relevant practices that harness human connectivity—the next frontier for exponential growth and the only sustainable, competitive edge.
Imagine business practices that build execution muscle, that move you and your team beyond the level playing field to an entirely new plane of performance, that extend your reach, that are seen and felt whenever you walk into a room – and when you converse with a boss, colleague, direct report, client, or supplier. That's Fierce Leadership.
