What is the Prism Award?
The Prism Award celebrates organizations that have achieved excellence and have enhanced their organizational performance through the use of coaching as a development and leadership effectiveness strategy.

Based on the international award sponsored by ICF, GCA's Prism Award recognizes the coaching success happening today in all types of organizations, from large public companies to nonprofits to small businesses. Past winners include Cox Enterprises, American Cancer Society, Old Mutual, Marriott Atlanta Marquis, BMW and ADP.

Why should I nominate an organization for the award?
When you nominate a company, you not only help that organization articulate and measure the successes coaching has created, but you also reinforce your role as a professional in the Southeast coaching community. Our Prism nomination process generates great stories about how coaching makes a difference--stories that help our entire profession and help you grow your business!

What kinds of organizations can be nominated?

Any organization based in the Southeastern US can be nominated for the Southeast Prism Award, including:

  • Non-profit organizations
  • Small or mid-sized businesses
  • Large corporations
  • Public sector organizations

How can an organization be nominated?
The company (for-profit or non-profit organization) must be nominated by a coach who is a member of the Georgia Coach Association OR another International Coach Federation chapter. What's in it for the organization? 

Companies who have gone through the nominations process in the past tell that the nomination process has:

  • Helped them articulate and measure the successes coaching has brought to the organization.
