Congratulations to the organizations who were selected as our 2010 Southeast Prism Award recipients! These companies' achievements will be detailed and honored at the May 5th Prism event.

Lockheed has seven years' experience institutionalizing a massive coaching process to match the needs of their Lockheed Martin140,000 employee organization. By building internal coach capabilities through training and certification, they have extended coaching to many high potential leaders and garnered strong executive sponsorship.

DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN'S AFFAIRS, Birmingham, AL
VETERANS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS NETWORKS #6, #7, AND #9
The VA's coaching efforts began on the heels of concerns about losing experienced talent--a problem many companies share. The three VA divisions represented here use coaching at all levels--from high level leaders to front line staff working directly with veterans. The VA also has created an apprenticeship process to develop internal, volunteer coaches.
